Home visits are by appointment only Internet Orders Order placed over the internet are paid though paypal Terms & Conditions Home visit/Email ordering in both cases a quotation of the proposed order will be sent to you. Once you have decided to proceed with an order, the following payment terms are applicable: 6 months before the wedding 50% of total order to be paid before the order can be started. Less than 6 months before the wedding full payment before the order can be started. The balance of the order must be paid prior to dispatch (if applicable) Producing your Order Work will not begin on your order under any circumstance until signed paperwork and a proof (if applicable) have been received. Once an order has been placed, a production date for each stage of the order will be given to you. These dates must be strictly adhered to, as other clients must be taken into consideration. Failure of this may result in your order being put back several weeks. Where Names are being used, i.e. place cards and table plans, names must be sent by email to ensure correct spellings. Cancelling an Order * Any monies paid, are non, refundable should an order need to be cancelled, regardless of reason. * If an order is cancelled part way through an order, you are liable to pay for all work completed up to that date if it exceeds the deposit amount. Delivery Everything is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which include insurance and guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. Should Royal Mail increase their delivery charges part way through an order, your final invoice will reflect the new price increase. Errors, Returns & Damages In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify me as soon as possible by telephone so that the situation can be corrected with immediate effect. * There are no refunds offered on surplus invitations, reply cards and thank you cards. * Any damages which have occurred, during delivery must be reported immediately. Prices Prices are subject to increase without prior notification. This does not apply to current orders and existing quotations. Written quotations are valid for a period of 6 months. ...and finally Please remember that each item of stationery is individually handmade and therefore each will differ slightly in appearance |
